Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Meg's Photographic Creations.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you received we will provide a full refund within 30 days. This is contingent upon photo evidence of any damage or flaw of the product. All products are quality checked before being shipped.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund if the product has not been sent to print yet. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is sent to printing. After that email has been sent there will be no returns given.

We will provide a refund you within 3 days after we receive the email. This would be returning to your original payment and based on your bank’s policies.

Conditions for Returns

Within the last 30 days

Has original packaging

Product damaged on arrival

Scratch or blemish

Non-Acceptable Returns:

No longer like the product

Texture of gallery wraps (there will be some texture as it is canvas, but only visible up close)

Packaging was damaged but not the product.

The size is too big/too small (please measure if you’re unsure)

Health protection or hygiene reasons

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Shipping

Meg’s Photographic Creations will not pay for return shipping.

Other Policies

In the event the product is lost in transit no refund will be given as that is not dependent on Meg’s Photographic Creations if the shipping address was correct.

Only regular priced items are available for return. Discounted or sale items are not returnable.
